Winnipeg, August 6, 2026 – July 2026 saw the residential detached average price of $454,264 increase 2% from last year and increase 6% from the 5-year average. Condominium average prices of $290,522 increased 2% from July 2025 and increased 5% from the 5-year average. All MLS®1 sales of 1,475 were down 9% from last July and 1% below the 5-year average. Active All MLS® listings of 4,005 were up 9% from last year and 1% above the 5-year average. Total MLS® dollar volume of over $601 million was down 7% from July 2025 and up 4% from the 5-year average. Residential detached MLS® sales of 1,054 were down 7% from last year and down 1% from the 5-year average. Condominium MLS® sales of 187 were down 21% from last July and down 12% from the 5-year average.
